Our application process is designed to be efficient and effective for our applicants. We require a cover letter, CV/Resume, photo and other education credentials.
Step 1: Eligibility
In order to be eligible for our internship program, you must meet the requirements below:
Either able to apply for a Working Holiday Visa or currently enrolled within a university or tertiary course or currently have a valid Visa. Please check with your local WICEN office regarding visa restrictions
Upper intermediate – advanced English language skills
Step 2: Exploratory Meeting/Interview
Once we looked at your CV/Resume we will be getting in touch with you and arrange a possibile interview either via skype or in one of our local office. We don’t offer brochures programs. We tailored the programs we offer based on each individuals goal’s and motivations. After our assessment, we will be in touch with you again highlighting the best program we can offer.
Step 3: Sign Up & Security deposit
If you agree to hire our services, you will be required to sign up the agreement and pay the deposit fees with one of our team members. We will schedule a Skype or phone interview with our program director on that designated country of interest. The program director then will set up atleast 3-5 interview with the host companies which needed your skills.
Step 4: Placement
If both you and the employer are satisfied with the interview, we will draft an internship contract to officialise the arrangement. This document will include both yours and the employers details and regulations throughout the internship. The agreement secures your internship and gives us the go-ahead to prepare all documents for your visa application. Once the contract has been signed and both parties, including the intern, are satisfied to proceed we will ask for the candidate to pay the rest of the internship program fee.
Step 4: Visa Application
Once all the documents are completed we will now be applying for a visa. In some countries our local representatives/office are handling the visa application process together with the students. Once the visa is approved, we will the prepare your trip to your designated country of internships/cultural exchange.
Step 5: Preparation & Arrival
Once your internship has been officialised our experienced team members will guide you through the process. We will be arranging your pre-deprature briefing, airport pick up and arrival briefing. Welcome to the world!
