The programme comprises of a period of intensive study and an internship, which allows students to gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the capabilities to become a leader.
This program will prepare students for a career in business, by giving them practical experience of work in a business environment, and by teaching them valuable managerial and leadership skills. Students will develop their interpersonal skills, understand the culture and context of organisations and learn how communication impacts their leadership.
The course begins with 6, 10 or 16 weeks of study, depending on which version of CDP is chosen, and a work placement, sourced by one of WICEN’s experienced placement advisors to match the student’s specific career goals.
