European Gastronomy Tour
European Gastronomy tour is one of WICEN’s best tailored made programs for culinary professionals who wanted to explore the deepest secrets of European Gastronomy. We arranges a 14-20 days European Gastronomy tour in seven european countries includes Netherland, France, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Germany and Belgium. We arrange the meals, accommodation, teaching materials and ingredients and the culinary training experience guided by a 5 star Chef throughout the trip.
Example of our European Gastronomy Tour Itineraries:
Week 1: France or Italian Trip
4 days culinary training at one of our partner Culinary schools
Attend culinary demos,
participate in work shops. Depending on interest, we can do "European
cuisine" , pastry or any mix
Housing and 3 meals arranged by us.
2 -3 days wine/ sommelier training at Italian or East French country side
Week 2: Traditional Culinary Trip in Europe:
